My name is Mark Kelly, director and co-founder of K5 Business Finance. I have worked in asset finance for over 30 years for several large finance companies. Over the last decade I specialised in technology finance and clients with a challenging underwrite. I have spent a great deal of time talking with Finance Directors, Chief Financial Officers, and Business Owners about their expenditure plans and have built many rewarding and long-term business relationships.
The companies where I worked had a specific business model, which I became increasingly aware was limiting to my career and the growth of the businesses I worked with. For example, I could talk to a warehousing business about funding technology but not their HGV fleet or new warehouse building.
